Well, even if it slows the boot a bit, I let it running since it is born, 
and today I have been rewarded:
It detected my Dell monitor ;-))

Now, I find it very interesting for my laptop where the hardware config 
changes all the time, but if you have a desktop with a frozen configuration, 
you certainely can remove it from  the boot process. You still can run it 
whenever you insert a new piece of hardware.
