This bug exists in Mandrake Linux 9.2 download edition.
Chinese input bugs. Some Chinese users find that they cannot use miniChinput
which is in the 9.2 CDs to input Chinese. And an easy way to solve this bug is
find: modify "~/.qt/qtrc", under the "[general]", you'll find "XIMInputStyle=On
The Spot", change it to "XIMInputStyle=Over The Spot", and it will be all right.
I don't know why MandrakeSoft's developer choose "XIMInputStyle=On The Spot" as
default. It is easy to fix the bug, but will stop many newbie to use Mandrake.
I hope you will fix the bug soon.
