Has the idea of using the Cooperative Bug Isolation Project crossed the table at MandrakeSoft?  Here is an article from news.com
http://news.com.com/2100-7344-5092919.html

There seems to be 6 prebuilt Red Hat 9 packages at http://www.cs.berkeley.edu/~liblit/sampler/downloads/, but of course these will not be maintained at a cooker pace.

Summary:
If the Cooperative Bug Isolation Project  http://www.cs.berkeley.edu/~liblit/sampler/ can get enough people to use the special versions, they essentially will be providing the eyes of debuggers more peepholes into software's inner workings. --news.com

Interesting to note...
"One way to get more participants would be to get the open-source projects, or even companies, to release feedback-enabled versions of software. But currently, the project members don't plan on making the sampler-enabled programs more widely available, Liblit said." --news.com

-- Sounds like Cooker would be an excellent place to test the debuggers, and possible integrate into draketools.  Of course the debuggers do not need to get included in the freeze if not deemed reliable, etc.

Keven
