note that there're changes regarding dell cards && snd-emu10k (signals routing
in the DSP, mixer elements) in alsa cvs on early november, so maybe will it be
handled better in the future.

in 9.2 beta 2 the sound blaster live driver does not take properly.
i have opened mandrake control center and went to the sound card
and enter emu on several occasions and it does not accept the change.
audigy is still present. i have had to enter it and reboot and enter
it again and reboot over and over and then finally it works.
