I built RPMs for ircd quite a while ago... not sure if they're in
cooker or not.  They work very well tho...  It's the one from
ftp.irc.org.  You can grab the RPM at

www.freezer-burn.org/rpm.php3?rpm=ircd

I've used it and it works pretty good.
