[Cooker] KDE2 window manager bug

Instead of getting a choice of window managers in kdm, one per line, I get
one line of windowmanager1;windowmanager2;windowmanager3, and when I click
OK icewm starts. I also don't have an /etc/X11/window-managers anymore
after I installed KDE2. Is this part of the problem? How can I re-generate
this file?
