No it's not. let me explain. Licq 0.85 supports ssl now for licq-to-licq communcation,
so there is an licq package, and an licq-ssl package. Now licq only includes the licq
binary, and licq-ssl incldes the licq-ssl binary (that's hte one wiht ssl compiled
into it). to have the qt plugin and everything lese, install licq-base. gtk+licq, for
those who use it has been temporarily taken off. i'm going to re-add it back later,
there's a change pending in hte next release which should make my life easier in
compiling a good RPM for it.
