[Cooker] licq bug

seems the licq_qt plugin is no longer there, so licq on't run :(

rpm [root@walluck /root]# rpm -ql licq
/usr/bin/licq
/usr/lib/menu/licq


Maybe it's supposed to be in it's own package? If it is it's not
there... plus either qt or gtk is *reqired* by licq to even run, whereas,
most plugins are optional.
