Hi all,

Has any one had any luck with getting a nvidia GeForce2 GTS working
under XFree86 4.01?
I have nvidia latest drivers (.94) and upgraded a clean install of 7.1
to XFree86 4.01 with the cooker rpms. The machine is running 2.2.16
(from 7.1 update rpm) with 128 meg of ram. After getting it up to 4.01 i
went and built the nvidia driver rpms and installed them, checked the
XF86Config file and ran 'XFree86 -configure'. the error i got was:

XFree86 has found a valid card configuration.
Unfortunately the appropriate data has not been added to xf86PciInfo.h.
Please forward 'scanpci -v' output to XFree86 support team.

I mailed off all the information to the XFree86 people but i was
wondering if in the mean time anyone has gotten this set up to work. I
know the nvida kernal driver is loaded (via lsmod) and the server is
getting the right xserver module. just wont go up is all. Any info that
can shed some light on this might help.

thanks
-chris
