I have a TNT2Ultra card, mdk 7.1, the latest XFree86 4.0.1 from cooker
and the latest 0.94 drivers from NVidia all working together.

I was tripped up in one area. I used the Source RPM to compile NVIDIA_kernel
and it all compiled fine but wouldnt run.

The source RPM is for XFree86 4.0 ONLY. You need to get the tar.gz of the
4.0.1
driver and copy one file from it to your source tree. More elaborate
instructions
can be supplied.
