Welp I get the same error(P.S. konsole_grantpty needs to be setuid, hrmmm
%post), but I think that's ok, and the reason I say this is because of the
print out from --help
konsole_grantpty --help
usage: konsole_grantpty (--grant|--revoke)
konsole_grantpty is a helper for
konsole and not intented to
be called from the command
line.
But looking at this a few steps back..........
kdebase contains kdesu
so lets look at what I have installed right now.
rpm -qa | grep kde
kdesupport-1.92-12mdk
kdelibs-1.92-12mdk
kdenetwork-1.92-12mdk
so I then go to download kdebase and install it.
Failed dependencies: kdebase-1.92-12mdk requires libkde-qt-addon.so.3
libkde-qt-addson is supposed to be a part of the kdesupport package right ?
Anyway, so the problem I'm eventually getting with konsole_grantpty(at a
first glance) is a problem with kdelibs, an opertation not permited.
Though I doubt this particular missing lib could be the root of all this, but
then again I have seen stranger problems ; )
