ReiserFS makes it more difficult to patch onto the latest and greatest 2.4.0-test kernel. ReiserFS can only be resized bigger for now. ReiserFS (I think) has no tools to be read from anything other than Linux. ReiserFS has had incompatibilities with qmail, and NFS. Other than that, ReiserFS is great. I love the fast access times, and fast disk checks, as well as the tailing, which saves me space.
