Sorry if I'm not clear : IDE freeze, only install button respond and it's not
possible to select other individual packages.
Now I see that for crypto it seems inconsistencies with depslist-crypto and
hdlist-crypto and with some errors in console f3 it skips crypto step....
curiously cursor retourn normal (no more watch)during video refresh...;o)
There is always problem if I try install of remote printer:
it accept IP, remote lpd as PASSTROUGH
download packages:
/mnt/hd/Mandrake-devel/cooker/Mandrake/RPMS/lpr-0.50-2mdk.i586.rpm
/mnt/hd/Mandrake-devel/cooker/Mandrake/RPMS/rhs-printfilters-1.73-1mdk.i586.rpm
and then stop and IDE freeze with
* running ldconfig with root /mnt
* Install took: 00:01:31
This time I can try some in console f2 and I see in ld.so.conf two
/usr/X11R6/lib identical lines without /usr/lib, I edited its and launch
ldconfig that worked, but install process can't continue and I can kill
runinstall process with soft shutdown, no need of switching off as last
time...;o)
Tested this night :
Problem reported for hd.img with ext2 /mnt/hd used as mirror partition
declared in fstab remain, I need remove from fstab before upgrade else
installer can't find hdlist... no more problem with ntfs partitions...;o)
