Depends on TrollTech. I would not mind if TrollTech makes Konqueror for Win
98 and binaries for it in free download on their site.
Besides, I guess KHTML doesn't use QT, so browser based on KHTML can be free
of QT2 code. Of course, view management and file manager need to be reworked
in this case.
