I understand why they would want to do something like this. However,
won't this break mirroring? Some files need to be mirrored as symbolic
links and some need to be downloaded. Will we have to mirror the RPM
directory differently so they are actually downloaded? Also it'd be nice
to have a working FTP site UNTIL the new structure is laid out.
