well caught...the email did orignate from a bellatlantic dialup account (IP 
number is 141.150.244.146)...the name, itself, is likely taken from an odd 
pamphlet of about thirty pages (sells for about a buck a page) about a woman 
who hears earthquakes, volcanoes, etc...before they happen...dr. powell, a 
legitimate scientist in the decompression field, had the misfortune of being 
listed on the "testing and reference page" of that pamphet's website...

i believe bellatlantic has a policy against impersonation...
