I was able to barely install linux 7.2b1 on a emachine after several efforts
and today I found where the themes are on KDE2 the "Themes" are now called
"Styles" and there are not that many to choose from. They are located on the
heading on the control center called "lookNfeel" the name was change from
the version on 7.1  I was looking for them too, I like the one for the
Matrix on 7.1 its cool I hope someone makes a theme like that again.
