Yes, you're right !!
But there was also a bug I corrected last week which was hiding
Program menu even if Favorites was not "embedded" in Main menu..
To correct this problem, you just have to do "right click" on Gnome
menu, then Properties and choose to add Favorites in Main menu..
Since our Gnome has different behaviour than "standard" Gnome, I've
now added, in control-panel/Panel/Menu, two new choices to disable our
customizations :
-User menus can override System menu (Only if both are present in Main
menu)
-Titles are not shown in Main menu
