Yeah this list has two separate lives. But one has to realize than even if
this other list were provided, most developpers here currently have to
focus on fixing the bugs in frozen. Occasionally new packages are
uploaded, but that's all; installation program, "big deals" and so on have
to be frozen during this 1-2 month period.
I think that for guys on this list who prefer Cooker "development" rather
than Cooker "stabilization", well, take some holidays ;-), I mean anyway
you would have even less response than usual to what you're waiting for.

Yeah, we are very late about that. Actually, it's "due" since many months
now, and *believe me*, it will be out very soon now. It's currently ready,
and under final validation before accepting external accounts.
We are waiting for QA team "let's go" signal.
