I would guess that this same situation is occurring unnoticed between
the Mandrake internal masters and the primary mirrors, causing file
deletion to be skipped on the primary mirrors.
Please Mandrake, fix the 7.2beta/i586/tutorial/ and cooker/tutorial
file directory permissions on your internal master trees! Then rsync
the primary mirrors again.
Until this is fixed, people should NOT try and download from the
mirrors.
