NO!!!
don't put any auto tune lines in syslinux - not all chips support it, 
mine is one (btw, maybe it's not such a good idea to have it appended
by default in "install boot loader" section of install)...

the hdparm binary is only 24k, just put it in /mndkinst/usr/sbin & 
call it when "hard drive optimizations" are set.
