As far as I can tell, the third invokation of genhdlist_cz2 is trying to
duplicate the efforts of the first two invokations, and so appears to be
entirely unnecessary. I've also been unable to find an ``all.img'' so would have
tried ``cdrom.img'' but for the fact that I can't find a working SCSI card.
Attached is my latest effort. I would be interested to see your ``some minor
modifications.''

That supplied the latest-greatest version of tools like genfilelist, at least
one of which was absent on my 7.1 install.
