I am wondering if anyone else has seen a
mix of permissions from clusters of files
downloaded from any of the sites. I can grab
serveral rpms '-Uvh' most, then...

It does cause some confusion and I was wondering if anyone else
has seen this happening?So I can check if its on my system?!
