To support my claim that the 7.2 installer (today from
sunsite.uio.no) is not ready for confident use, the attachment is the
install.log from a customized - install - development en-GB install
from the same download. It has been reduced to 13.7 KB by
elimination of all the successful install lines, each block of such
being indicated by a blank line.
There are numerous quite unacceptable errors reported.
In addition an update install, while kind-of-working (problems
reported here - no response yet) on one machine here, hangs another
machine indefinitely with the coloured areas on the screen but NO
text.
