Besides this, aren't linuxconf and webmin ALSO servers?  So to follow that
NO servers are installed, webmin should not be installed either.

No, I don't think this would be a good idea, I rather think that something
as unproblematic as ssh-server SHOULD be installed.  It makes a whole lot of
sense.  Sure, some people might say that they need this and that, but sshd
is a very essential tool.

It is possible to do this with webmin.
