I just did a new install of 7.2 however
the new version doesn't seem to be configuring my Soundblaster
AWE64 properly, and I'm not sure how to proceed next. The card
worked just fine when running 7.2. After doing the set-up from
DrakConf, /etc/modules.conf looks like this:

pre-install pcmcia_core /etc/rc.d/init.d/pcmcia start
alias usb-interface usb-uhci
alias parport_lowlevel parport_pc
alias block-major-11 scsi_hostadapter
pre-install plip modprobe parport_pc ; echo 7 > /proc/parport/0/irq
alias scsi_hostadapter ide-scsi
alias eth1 3c59x
alias char-major-107 3dfx
alias sound-slot-0 sb
options sound dmabuf=1
options opl3 io=0x388
alias midi0 awe_wave
post-install midi0 /bin/sfxload /etc/midi/GU11-ROM.SF2
options sound-slot-0 io=0x220 irq=5 dma=1 dma16=5
alias eth0 tulip

This setup doesn't work - I hear some clicks when the sound samples
try to play, but nothing else.

Hard drake when running configuration gives Error in play call!
sox: Can't open output file '/dev/dsp': Device or resource busy

If I reinstall clean it will work for a while, not sure when it starts
getting the IRQ conflict.

I noticed during system boot that it looks like the soundcard is
being found, however the wrong IRQ is being used (IRQ7 instead of 5):

(From dmesg):
isapnp: Card 'Creative SB AWE64 PnP'
isapnp: 1 Plug & Play card detected total
Soundblaster audio driver Copyright (C) by Hannu Savolainen 1993-1996
SB 4.16 detected OK (220)
sb: Interrupt test on IRQ7 failed - Probable IRQ conflict

What do I need to change to get this to work?

The sound was working last night then I shutdown for the evening no it is
conflicting with the printer on IRQ7

I have seen three other message like this in the newsgroups, any thoughts?
