[Cooker] Boot process hangs with 7.2 and "autotune"

The line "append=" hdd=ide-scsi ide1=autotune ide0=autotune""  is included
in lilo.conf by default. It causes the boot process to hang when detecting
my Yamaha CRW8824E CD burner at hdd. Removing the autotune lines allows the
system to boot. The use of autotune worked fine in 7.0 and 7.1.
