[Cooker] great work on the libstc++ dependancy updates

Hey folks!  Great job on getting some of the packages that depend on the
older libstdc++ package recompiled with the new one so we can all get on
with updating our cookers.

Here is a list from my system of what still depends on the older
libstdc++.

        libstdc++-libc6.1-2.so.3 is needed by gtkhtml-0.7-1mdk
        libstdc++-libc6.1-2.so.3 is needed by cups-1.1.4-3mdk
        libstdc++-libc6.1-2.so.3 is needed by pspell-0.11.2-3mdk
        libstdc++-libc6.1-2.so.3 is needed by gltt-2.4-3
        libstdc++-libc6.1-2.so.3 is needed by hylafax-client-4.1-0.3mdk
        libstdc++-libc6.1-2.so.3 is needed by evolution-0.6-1mdk
        libstdc++-libc6.1-2.so.3 is needed by xlockmore-4.17.1-2mdk
        libstdc++-libc6.1-2.so.3 is needed by aspell-0.32.5-2mdk
        libstdc++-libc6.1-2.so.3 is needed by abisuite-0.7.11-4mdk
        libstdc++-libc6.1-2.so.3 is needed by hylafax-4.1-0.3mdk
        libstdc++-libc6.1-2.so.3 is needed by mozilla-5.0.0-0.M18.3mdk

I guess it's just a matter of time huh?
