Which version of MandrakeUpdate are you using?  Did you download and
install the MandrakeUpdate from the update sites or from cooker?
cooker uses a different version of RPM which may require librpmio.so.0
as my 7.2 install (no cooker, using rpm-3.0.5-27mdk) does not have
this file anywhere (so the MandrakeUpdate in updates won't depend on
it either).
