Yes, that seems to be the problem. (-:

A friend of mine ``kitchen-sink'' installed from 7.2rc1 ISO (inst CD only, no
ext CD) then grabbed all of the updates. When attempting to apply the updates by
hand (rpm -U *) RPM complains about lack of librpmio. Note that at that instant
it has both the updates and the installed system to select from.

Just In Case, I manually checked for ``librpmio'' in the RPM database and
amongst the update files, lest a version numbering issue be intruding here, and
came up with nada.
