[Cooker] xv

I don't see xv in the contribs of cooker. From a previous installation, I
see:
# rpm -qi xv
[...]
This is the famous 'xv' by John Bradley.  It is shareware, but
we ship it with the permission of the authors.  It is a graphics
viewer for many file types, including gif, jpg, tiff, xwd, etc.
It also have manipulation features such as cropping, expanding,
etc.

You don't have anymore the permission of the author? Else it would
really be nice to have it in the contribs, isn't it?
