Well not in cooker I believe, it has been removed but if you can find a
mirror which hosts some of the older versions of Mandrake you might be able
to find an old build of xv there.
In any case, if you really like xv: save a copy. It's very unlikely that
in the future xv would be integrated into the distrib again, whether main
or contribs because of its license.
