[Cooker] kernel 2.4.2 needs loopback patch

Hi!

I'm sorry if this already has been taken care of, but I just want to be sure.

The kernel 2.4.2 has a known problem with loopback. If MandrakeSoft is
shipping 8.0 with 2.4.2 be sure to apply the patches by Jens Axboe, that take
of the issue. Otherwise the distribution will be consider buggy.
