I have using 'rpm -Uvh --test *' on a 7.2/2.4.2 system. I got
failed deps for 'pciutils', 'apmd' 'libmng1', and 'libkdefakes'. So I
got the latest appropriate src rpms for those, rebuilt and installed
them. Then I still got failed deps for 'libmng1', but a 'locate' check
said that i did have them. It took a 'rpm -Uvh --force --nodeps *' to
get all the new KDE2.1 pkgs to install.

All seems well, I am at 2.1 final. I speak Texian so I didn't
bother d/l'g any of the 'i18n' rpms ;> Only glitch is I haven't
figured out yet how to get Kmail to display a fixed width (eg, courier)
for msg bodies like I had it. I hope ta'heck this is sent to y'all in
plain text. I email'd myself before this and the header did say 'plain
text - iso 8859-1. I'm seein it as Comic Sans M$, which is my
default KDE font.
