First, it has nothing to do with working imap in Kmail. In any case it should
not conflict with imap or use the same library (if it is based on c-client).
But yes, I have tested imap in kmail. It is sort of working but is unstable.
The main things to complaint are:
- it repeatedly crashes if, when it downloads messages from a folder, I try to
select different folder.
- it is not IMAP but rather "POP over IMAP". It downloads the whole message
body instead of just message headers and I could not find any way to configure
it. It was the primary reason I stopped testing it - it was unusable over 28Kb
modem line and 1500+ folders on my server.
