[Cooker] usb and harddrake - boot order?

Just a curious thought - does Harddrake configure usb devices?  if so,
shouldn't usb module be loaded BEFORE harddrake starts?  I found that
if pcmcia is loaded before  Harddrake, that it recognises and configures
pmcia cards.  

Just a thought - the only usb device i have is a logitec camera, that i'm
not sure is even supported yet
