kdelibs* packages are not installed.

devel packages were installed? It seems not.

$KDEDIR is PATH where is installed KDE. On a LMDK system it's in /usr/.
But, if your system is correctly installed, you should not have
problems.

Qt package doesn't need to be fixed. It compiles without problems if
your system is correctly installed.
