What do you mean by "hard to set up"?  I recommend putty or the ssh
extension to teraterm.
And there also seem to be Windows binaries made by ssh inc. at www.ssh.com

Maybe you'll need to recompile openssh on these machines, or have a look at
one of the mirrors of the HP UX software porting centere, like
http://hpux.connect.org.uk/ , to find binaries of openssh.
