[Cooker] id3lib and Requires

Hello,

Tried to install id3lib, but it required libstdc++-libc6.2-1.so.2, which
isn't in Cooker.
I guess a rebuild of the src.rpm will fix it, but the build needs kgcc,
which i don't have.

My quick fix was to link libstdc++-libc6.2-1.so.2 to
/usr/lib/libstdc++-libc6.2-2.so.3, which seems to work fine.
