Ok , I don't get that : What exactly have you got ?
It is an external Promise controller ? (ie : not integrated to the
motherboard)
Could you send me the dmesg with the cooker kernel ?
What is your kernel on the boot disk for the your cooker install ? Are U
sure you are using the 2.4 kernel for it ?
