I have a total PCI system and my PnP in bios is disabled. This card
which uses the snd-es1938 module with the 2.4 kernel, hasn't given me
any problems since LM7. The problem turned out to be a -kudzu- update
from -4mdk to -5mdk. Chmouel caught up to it and it's working great now.
