Elton, Thanks for the response! No I haven't tried disabling the on-board video -- I'm sure it would work but my son would not be happy using an older video card for his Windows games. I'd really like one of the developers to recognize the problem -- it should not be hard to fix and it should be fixed before shipment of Mandrake 8.0.
