Arnd,
That's possible. Just because I have a working system with an Adaptace
2940UW (card), doesn't mean the same AIC7xxx driver will work with the mobo.
It's easy enough to get aic7xxx_old from the working 8.0 system. But how
do I "add" it to the floppy?
