[Cooker] Mdk8 and cooker - timezone install bug

At the installation I've selected Russian/koi8-r. Installer showed me the
summary with Europe/Moscow timezone. But after installation timezone is
set to EDT (I do not know what it is):

bor@localhost% date
��� ���  4 23:45:51 EDT 2001
                    ^^^

Verified with 2 Mdk8 installations and one cooker (today's mirror).
