Boot off the rescue and create it from there...

All the modules are on the CD in Mandrake/mdkinst/lib/modules.cz-2.4.3-BOOT6

I use a ext2 floppy to win the diskspace consumed by fat+vfat driver
modules. I think gain is too little considered the very high constraints
brought by the size of mandatory modules such as scsi and net drivers.

Currently we do not provide following modules, which are IMO more
important than vfat floppy driver.
