Chmouel,

At

is a writeup of a new rpm that includes the following comment:

* Mon Apr 09 2001 Trond Eivind Glomsrod <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
   - Add patch from [EMAIL PROTECTED] to fix floating point + thread
     problem (#24310)
   - remove old workarounds
   - new snapshot

This certainly sounds like the fix for the problem I saw. Unfortunately,
the RedHar src.rpm doesn't seem to be available. I've sent a message to
[EMAIL PROTECTED] asking for a copy of the patch or information on how to
get it directly. I suspect you already know how to do those things, but if
not, I'll let you know when I hear from him.
