I don't know too much about the newer galeon stuff. Been a while since
I used it at all. Interesting though, is thee cache there? Reminds me
of an old problem when the new cacheing scheme was implemented and
things got messed up. The .mozilla dirs had to have their cache
removed. I assume mozilla-0.9-2mdk? Anyway, you say you installed 0.9
like you hadn't before and I didn't realize that. Were you using .8.1
before? Anyway, I've been away for a while so I'm kinda dazed and
confused. The way I normally am. I'm looking for fcrozat to explain
(actually don't explain, fix) the segfault and error sending command
problems in the package. error sending fixed by removing the useless
appearance of -remote in the script. Don't know much about the segfault
cuz of the darn opts that make it hard to trace anything. Anyway...
Really not much more small talk I can dish out for now :)
Nor do I have the time/facilities to test compilation factors, the
.galeon dir or the packaging variables. A thought has occured to me of
a faulty checkin that put a loop() in the libs for a while that was
fixed as part of the smoke blockers before .9 release. Since it has
been fixed, it shall be left for the end users to try ea. var one at a
time (legistics, my friend, legistics) and we will find out what for the
sole purpose of knowledge and futuristicism.
Sorry I'm so messed up right now,
Blue.
