[Cooker] Low Ram FTP Install

Thanks for the advise and work arounds. I am aware of
all ways to install on my laptop. What I was looking
to do is fix the FTP install mode to accept computers
with LOW RAM not just provide a work around. Mabey if
it is only an option with the text installer (which
should free up some ram) anything would be nice.

If anybody knows the files I can look over to see what
can be changed I would appreciate it.
