[Cooker] kernel 2.4.5-8 and supermount

I allready have signaled this problem with 2.4.5-6, but the problem remain
with 2.4.5-8 : supermount in not working well with 2.4.5 kernel :


cd /mnt/cdrom   # the first mount is Ok
cd /
eject cdrom
eject -t cdrom # close the tray

cd /mnt/cdrom  : 
spiid kernel: VFS: busy inodes on changed media.
I/O error

spiid> uname -ar
Linux spiid 2.4.4-8mdksmp #1 SMP lun jun 25 11:37:53 CEST 2001 i686 unknown

am i alone with this problem ? ,  is there any workaround ?
