[Cooker] named (bind) doesn't start anymore

Hi!

I just upgraded to bind-9.2.0-0.a2.2mdk, and since then, it doesn't
start anymore.  I'm also unable to get any debug messages, even if I
start it with "named -f -d".

There are configuration files from bind8 left.
